One proven configuration, done right: an 8″ shaft with a thin footplate in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm bites. The thin footplate slides under the lamina and ligamentum flavum with minimal displacement of neural structures, making it a dependable everyday choice for cervical and lumbar decompression.
