PRICES

Prices are listed in ACE Medical current price list and are subject to change without notice. Freight is FOB destination, prepaid and added to the invoice.

WARRANTY

All instruments are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in workmanship and materials. If the products are not used in accordance with the intended purpose, altered, repaired or modified by persons not authorized by ACE Medical, the warranty will be void. ACE Medical’s sole obligation and customer’s exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty, shall be at ACE Medical’s option, to repair or replace the product. There are no other expressed or implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

REPAIR PROGRAM

ACE Medical offers a full-service, warrantied repair program. Check with customer service for details.

CUSTOM INSTRUMENTS

ACE Medical will discuss the feasibility of a custom instrument. We are happy to quote any customization that is deemed possible to manufacture.

RETURN GOODS POLICY

  1. All returns must be authorized by ACE Medical.
  2. Returns must be in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. A 25% reprocessing fee will be charged unless the return is due to ACE Medical error and if agreed upon in writing.
  3. All returns are for credit only.
  4. All returns must have an RGA number issued by the ACE Medical customer service department.

NON-RESALABLE MERCHANDISE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

Products not purchased from ACE Medical, products that have been sterilized and/or used, products attempted to return 30 days beyond the invoice date, sterile products opened or removed from their original container, custom made or discounted products, and products not in the original packaging.
