ACE Medical Company is an FDA registered surgical instrument company. We design, develop and manufacture instruments for neurosurgery, spine, ENT and skull base surgery, often side by side with the surgeons who use them. Our interns do not shadow the work. They run real functions inside an ISO 13485 quality system and see how a medical device company actually operates.
Quality Manager / Regulatory Affairs
- Keep the quality system and its records current
- Document control, complaints and post market surveillance
- Support FDA 510(k) work and international registrations
- Help prepare for audits
Logistics Manager / Quality Control
- Incoming inspection and product release
- Inventory and orders in our ERP system
- Domestic and international shipping, labeling and UDI
- Repairs and returns
Who should apply
Students currently enrolled in biomedical, mechanical or industrial engineering or a related program who are organized, detail minded and curious about how medical devices reach the operating room. Positions are on site at our office in Orange Park, in the Jacksonville area.
