The Fukushima Universal Skull Frame connects directly to the bed rail for a sturdy use in many positions. An an organized surgical site will make long cases more efficient. First, Attach the table clamp directly to the bed, and then align the vertical posts in the desired positions. Next, attach the U-Bars to the vertical posts, assuring clean access and position them to best fit your case.
Once attached and properly seated, instruments, patties, sterile hooks and ACE rigid snake arms are all organized to accommodate technique. These are available in 32cm, 36cm and 40cm lengths and tighten firm in the desired location. Next, attaching our flexible retractors will protect the brain while operating. This universal compression tightening also allows the technique to be applied to ports for mis cases.
