FiXcision is a surgical invasive multi-part cutting instrument for anal fistula treatment in colorectal surgery. The device is delivered in sterile condition (EO sterilization) and is intended for single use only.
The FiXcision instrument enables the circumferential tissue removal to treat simple anal fistulas. This is done in just a few simple steps, First, Probing of the fistula tract to determine the pathology. Next, Compression of the affected tissue by insertion of the guide. Finally, Tissue removal of the complete circumference of the fistula tract by cutting alongside the guide.
